I think the colour red was used because it can show that the movie want us to show that there is danger in most of the scenes. While the colour black is associated with lonely,mysterious and crimes.
1. What do we notice about the use of colours?
The colours are dark. The colours are mainly black and red. The black simplifies that the movie involves evil. The text is in red. In the text there are a couple of people standing in a row with a yellow ray of light shining on them. The colour red shows blood and anger. With the light shining through the text, it shows that the actor/actress shining the light on the people standing at the bottom of the text.

The creator of the poster wanted to keep the viewers in suspense.

The text used are huge to capture the viewers attention. The text is also comments made by commenters who already watched the movie.
4.What do we notice about the different images used?Why do you think these are used?
The images are taken from the movie. The snapshot of the eyes shows that the movie is seen in a particular angle. Overlapping the picture of the eyes, is a picture of the character running away from the camera

Response: The colours use are mostly dark colours like black and dark red.
Why do you think these colours are chosen?
Response: Black is to tell us that the movie is full of mystery and evil. Red signifies that danger is lurking around.

- The colours used are black, red, orange,but most are black.
Why do you think these colours are chosen?
- Black because it can show darkness, evil, fear. Red can show blood and when there's blood, there could be murder or some evil schemes are/is going to happen.
What do you notice about the text used in the poster?
- For the "Hypnotic, Scary!" words, it is big,yellow in colour and is at the top of the poster, for the movie title, it is red, big and bold.

- For the words on the top, it is big so that viewers can see the words and grab their attention, and these words has given us a little hint about what the movie is. As for the movie title, It has a person using a torchlight shining on 5 people, probably suspects of a crime.
What do you notice about the images used?
- It is taken from the movie, and it has a pair of eyes "staring" at the viewers, a boy running away, but not in our direction. And a young person covered in white cloth.
Why do you think these images are used?
- For the pair of eyes and the boy running away, they could be associated in a way that the boy could have seen something he wasn't suppose to see.As for the boy coverd in white cloth, he could have been the victim of a kidnapping case and is hidden somewhere underground and it is very dark.

The colour used are mainly black and red because black are usually associated with evil,crime,fear,
scary,mystery and disater while red are usually associated with blood,danger and anger.There is also a ray of light shining on the characters, it might be represent a stream of hope.

There is a pair of eyes looking very fearful, he might have seen something which he shouldn't have seen.
