From the first paragraph we know that the aleuts were packing their things.They did it as fast as they could.The sky was sunless and dark clouds were forming, signaling rain. The scene became chaotic when the aleuts broke their promise & gave jewellery instead of otter pelts.MY father shook his head,he was not pleased.
